How do I access the hosted desktop?
You can access the hosted desktop solution through any web browser, or by downloading Citrix Workspace onto your device.
What security do you have to ensure my data is secure?
We have two factor authentication to ensure that only you have access to your data. This adds an additional layer of security.
How is my data backed up?
Your data is backed up every 15 minutes and stored on a secure encrypted device which is replicated to an encrypted cloud storage.
How do you charge?
We bill monthly on a subscription basis which is flexible so that as you grow so can the IT system. There are no hidden costs.
What Microsoft 365 subscriptions can you provide?
We can provide all the Microsoft 365 subscriptions and we can advise you which one you need based on your business needs.
Can you migrate my existing data across?
Yes, we can migrate all your data across from your existing system.
